Bikeshare to hit Sydney’s streets

The 2017 National Cycling Participation Survey produced some mixed results for cycling advocates in Sydney and NSW. Statewide participation numbers have fallen since 2015, however cycling is clearly on the rise in Sydney’s inner suburbs, where bike lanes are rolling out.

In other cycling news, a dockless bike share scheme will be introduced next month, in high-density centres around Sydney. The bikeshare company “Reddy-Go” hopes to have 6000 bikes on Sydney’s streets by the end of this year. Dave Borella from BikeSydney joined Nic for an update on all the latest Sydney cycling news.
