The conversation around meat consumption tends to be a ethical discussion around the welfare and rights of animals.

You might have a vegan or vegetarian friend who wont stop talking about their diets every time you have lunch.

But you might not have heard just how bad your dinner time steak or burger is for the environment. Judith Friedlander, Research Assistant at the Institute for Sustainable Futures, University of Technology Sydney thinks we should be talking about how much meat we eat, when we talk about climate change.
