After 47 years of publication, this time last week marked the end of an era for Rugby League Week as it pressed its last issue.
It played a large role in developing some of Australia’s most esteemed sports journalists and was a must have for the avid fan of the sport.
One of the best sports journalists and authors Australia has produced and editor of Rugby League Week between 1981-1987, Ian Heads OAM, joined Adrian on The Daily to discuss the changing face of journalism and the impact the magazine had on sport.
