Should We Be Eating Red Meat?

Red Meat has been in many of our daily diets for generations, however, recently there has been much discussion on whether we should be eating as much red meat as we do. Recent research has indicated that red meat has been linked to many illnesses including cancer. However, Red Meat impacts not only our health, but also our environment and animal welfare.

We spoke to Dr Rebecca Reynolds, lecturer in Nutrition at UNSW to talk more about this issue.
