The Fantasy World of Dungeons and Dragons

In the mid-70s, two young men created Dungeons and Dragons, the first commercially successful fantasy tabletop roleplaying game. Over last forty-five years, Dungeons and Dragons have amassed not just a cult following, but over $1 billion US dollars in sales of tabletop merchandise despite the controversy from religious groups in the United States in the 80s and 90s.
