The Future of E-Cigarettes in Australia

The head of the Health Department Martin Bowles recently made a number of comments condemning E-Cigarettes. He framed his argument by referencing the World Health Organization’s stance and his view that other countries such as the UK and Canada appear to have “a lot of concern over it”. There’s been ongoing talks about legislation both home and away. Is this a matter of individual liberty or public safety?
