Homeground: Mau Power
This weekend, a celebration of First Nations will be unfolding at Homeground on the forecourt of the Sydney Opera House
Performing at the festivities is the first rapper to come out of the Torres Strait, Mau Power who spoke to Sophie about the connection between hip-hop and storytelling, PowerNation Live and his latest single ‘Koiki’, a tribute to Eddie Mabo.
Mau Power will be performing on Sunday 26 Nov 8.00pm at the Sydney Opera House Forecourt.
