Ildikó Enyedi wins Sydney Film Prize for On Body and Soul

With Sydney Film Fest coming to a close, Breakfast host Nic Healey was able to catch up with the SFF’s 10th anniversary Sydney Film Prize winning Hungarian director Ildikó Enyedi to discuss her featured piece On Body and Soul. Set in a slaughterhouse, the film explores themes of human connection, interaction and love. Through gory and dark imagery, Enyedi presents a touching account of two timid characters as they find one another in unexpected circumstances.
