We’re told that it’s a good idea to eat two pieces of fruit of day, but, is it really that simple? Not only do different fruits have different amounts of sugar, but the way the fruit is processed can change the sugar content. To de-mystify our fruit requirements, Matt was joined by Amy Haughey, a Lecturer in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Canberra.
