Males need to work on pecs and pelvic floor

Recently on the program, we spoke about incontinence among females, especially in the nursing and midwifery workforce.

Well, did you know that males also experience incontinence?

It is more likely if you have had prostate cancer, but can also occur as a result of age.


Stuart Baptist is a Senior Physiotherapist and Director of Sydney Men’s Health Physiotherapy. He talks to Ellen Leabeater about how males can get acquainted with their pelvic floor muscles.
