How Do I Get Started?

You'll need a program that can keep an eye on podcast feeds and download new episodes as they appear. The most popular one is iTunes which you can download here. (If you already have iTunes, make sure it's version 4.9 or greater. Earlier versions don't support podcasting.)

How Do I Subscribe To 2SER's Podcasts?

Once you've chosen a podcast, click on its button. When you do this, a box containing a web address will appear. (You'll recognise it by the image next to it.) This is the address that iTunes will use to subscribe to the podcast.

Click on the box, press ctrl-a (to select everything in the box), then right-click (or ctrl-click if you're a Mac user) on it and copy the link.

Now Open Up iTunes And Select Subscribe To Podcast

Go to the "Advanced" menu and choose the "Subscribe To Podcast" option

Then Paste The Link

Right-click in the "URL" box that appears and select "Paste" (or click in it and press ctrl-v). Then click on the "OK" button.

That's It! You've Subscribed!

The most recent episode will now download. All subsequent episodes will be downloaded into iTunes as they come online (or at a time after that when you turn your computer on and connect it to the Internet).
