Red Cross Calls for Blood Donations

In the wake of the horrific Manchester terrorist attack, there has been an outpouring of generosity from strangers, with images revealing long queues of people waiting to donate blood. But Australia has a blood crisis of its own. With only two days worth of O-type blood left, the Red Cross Blood Service has put out an urgent warning for people with O-type blood to donate. The Daily spoke with Shaun Inguanzo, spokesperson for the Red Cross Blood Service about the critically low levels of blood left.
