How to stay safe at the beach this summer

We’re smack bang in the middle of summer, which means it’s beach time!

And while many of us Sydneysiders are well-acquainted with the ocean, but it almost goes without saying that it can still be a dangerous place. Last year, 291 Australians lost their lives due to drowning, 50 of those were at the beach. So, what do we need to go over so that we’re not complacent and stay safe?
