The Sydney Modern Expansion Project: What Can We Expect?
Recently the state government has approved an extension to The Art Gallery of New South Wales that will effectively double its size. The Sydney Modern Expansion Project is scheduled to begin in 2019 and is expected to finish by 2021. This will be just in time to celebrate the gallery’s 150 year anniversary. To talk to us about the ambitious expansion Annie Lewis was joined by Michael Brand, the Director of the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
