How talent scouts identify top sports

Did you play a sport when you were younger and think to yourself – “how can I make it to the big time”?

You might have heard of talent scouts, referring to the coaches and people who attend matches on the lookout for the next Roger Federer or Ellyse Perry.

In the sports world, identifying the next elite players is a process called ‘talent identification’, but it involves more than just eyeing the fast and strong players on the field.
