Telecommunications Regulation in Need of a Review

The internet is more and more becoming a vital tool and service for interaction within society. However, with the less than successful rollout of the NBN, and with complaints about phone and internet services increasing rapidly this past financial year, it appears that we badly need to improve consumer protections in this industry.

The Daily was joined by Gerard Brody, the Chair of the Consumers’ Federation of Australia to discuss these issues.
