Tigerair Vs. Indonesia: How is the Indonesian Government to blame for Tigerair flight grounding?

Australia’s Tigerair had halted all flights from between Australia and Bali. Tigerair was then blaming on Indonesian Government for their bureaucracy problem that affected the agreement with Tigerair, which had been supposed to be in effect until 25 March. However the delay had remained unknown whether it would be resume in few days after and the fate of Tigerair flights had become grounded. The airline had requested a grace period in an attempt to resume their flights under the new regulations. However, what does this mean for those stranded by these grounded flights?
