Terms and Conditions:

Sydney Educational Broadcasting Ltd. Radiothon 2009 – 30 Years

A. Pledge a subscription (Full $66, Concession $33, Independent Artist - artist, band, DJ $120, Passionate $120, Business $250, Organisation $120 or Kids & Pets $33) to 2ser 107.3FM between October 12 and 24, 2009, or during the pay up period (October 1 to November 16 2009) to be eligible for the major prize draw. All subscriptions must be paid by 5pm November 16, 2009.

1. Two return flights to London with Qantas. Courtesy of STA Travel. Valued at $5000.

1. The prize is for 2 return flights to London
2. The prize must be booked by 31/03/10
3. The prize must be taken by 30/06/2010. No extension is available
4. The prize is airfares only
5. The prize is strictly not transferable.
6. The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchange.
7. There is no cash value to this prize.
8. Not included in the prize are arrival/departure taxes, your travel insurance, any meals, any accommodation nor spending money, nor any travel visas required.
9. Flight departure point is Sydney. Any other travel costs must be met by the winner.
10. The trip is subject to availability and confirmation by STA Travel.
11. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

2. Big Day Out. Winner and five (5) friends to the Big Day Out 2010. Prize includes CD pack of all artists featured in the first announcement. Valid for the Sydney Big Day Out 2010, winner and their 5 friends need to abide by the festival and ticketing rules. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Non transferable. Valued $1200.

3. Metro Screen. A Metro Screen short course in either Music Film Clip making or Documentary Film making. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Non transferable. Valid until June 30, 2010. Value  $920

4. Oxford Art 6 Month Pass. Free single pass to every Oxford Art Factory event for 6 months. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Non transferable. Valued $3,000

5. The Bower. A $500 voucher to spend at The Bower, Marrickville. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Non transferable. Valued $500

6. Inertia CD subscription. Inertia will send the winner 5 CDs each month for 12 months. Cannot be exchanged for cash. Non transferable. Valued $1,500

B. Total prize value is $12,120

C. The major prize draw will take place on Wednesday November 18, 2009 at 2pm at 2ser 107.3, 11 Broadway, Ultimo, NSW 2007.
D. Winner of prize draw will be notified via phone
E. All winners will be notified within 2 weeks of the draws.
G. All winners of major prizes will be announced on 2ser 107.3 between 4pm and 6pm Wednesday November 18, 2009 and listed at http://2ser.com/whatson/radiothon.
H. All subscribers that have taken out a 2ser Lifetime subscription package will automatically go in the draw for all major and daily prizes.
I. Directors and employees of Sydney Educational Broadcasting Ltd (2ser) are not eligible for any prizes in this Radiothon.
J. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
K. Sydney Educational Broadcasting Ltd will ensure availability or delivery of all major prizes to contactable winners within 28 days of the draw
L. Call costs to 2ser 107.3 are at a local rate. Public phones, mobile phones and
STD calls will attract higher fee.
