The starting gun has officially been fired and Australia will head to the polls on July 2.

It’s been a exciting last five years with what seems like a revolving door of prime ministers. Could a decision in less than two months see some much needed stability?

We were joined by Dr Stewart Jackson, lecturer in the Department of Government and International Relations at University of Sydney to find out more.
