2SER Breakfast say Hurray for the Riff Raff

It’s a big hooray for Hurray for the Riff Raff, returning to Sydney (and Australia’s very own Cosmic Country Weekender Dashville Skyline) on the back of their latest and possibly greatest album The Past Is Still Alive.

Led by Alynda Segarra, Hurray for the Riff Raff created The Past Is Still Alive during a period of personal grief, when they found inspiration in radical poetry, railroad culture, outsider art and more.

Alynda joined 2SER Breakfast to talk about the latest album and the journey that brings them back to our shores, including shows at Dashville Skyline and closer to home at the Factory Theatre on Saturday 5 October. Hear the story, experience the good stuff and celebrate the musical journey of this outstanding band and its leader. You’re in for a ride!
