A Tough Pill To Swallow

Researchers from Western Sydney University’s NCIM Health Research Institute conducted a study into the effects of supplements on mental health disorders.  Data from over 10,000 people with mental health disorders was collected. The study found that, for those taking magnesium, omega-3 supplements would be more beneficial in managing mental health symptoms in conjunction with medication.  Senior Researcher Professor Jerome Sarris joined us today to discuss.
