A Closer Look At Standardised Testing

Finnish schools are ranked number 1 in the world. They have no standardised testing apart from one exam at the end of students’ senior year in high school.

We spoke to Senior Lecturer at UTS, Dr Don Carter about some key issues in the education system. Dr Carter was previously School Inspector for NESA (NSW Education Standards Authority) and formerly a head teacher in English in government and non-government schools.
