Last Friday night, Star Wars and Lucasfilm released the first taste of Episode IX in the form of a teaser trailer and title reveal, due at the end of this year, at the biennial Star Wars Celebration in Chicago which concluded mere hours ago. Within minutes, 14 of the 20 top trending topics worldwide were about Star Wars. Dr. Jonathan Roberts, Professor in Robotics at Queensland University of Technology, joined us to chat about what makes Star Wars such a massive cultural phenomenon.
