To succeed in today’s fast-changing job market, more and more workers are expected to be lifelong learners. With the uncertainty of the job market as it is, workers need to be able to shift nimbly from job to job to keep up. Every year from the 1st to the 8th of September, Adult Learners’ Week takes place to help the older workforce adapt to this ever-changing market.
