Lying in bed at night, counting down the hours before your alarm goes off isn’t always the best feeling but despite the hours remaining you know that you will function the next morning. But do you ever wonder if you are sleeping enough?
Directed towards teenagers, a study from last year reveals that almost half of Australian teens are not getting enough sleep. In honor of National Sleep Awareness Week The Daily gets to the bottom of how we can all get a better night’s sleep.
Joined by Dr Chris Seton, a pediatric and adolescent sleep specialist from the Children’s hospital at Westmead we get some advice on getting a good night rest.
