Are well-being Initiatives in the workplace working ?

In a time when many employers are offering less and less, some are bucking the trend by offering new perks to lure and secure the best talent such as naps, free cooking classes, yoga and even unlimited annual leave.

But do these well-being programs simply deflect attention from an individual’s unreasonable workload?

Sam Baran spoke with Susan McGrath-Champ, Associate Professor in Work and Organisational Studies at the University of Sydney Business School regarding well-being initiatives in the workplace.
