Bilingual education for Aboriginal students in the Northern Territory

Bilingual education programs for Aboriginal children help to strengthen a sense of cultural connection at school for the students.

The Northern Territory have been running bilingual education programs in the territory since 1972 and are continuing to grow and develop the initiative.
