Birdfoxmonster – an immersive dining experience

Carriageworks have commissioned 10 new works over three years as part of their ‘New Normal’ National strategy which focuses on exhibitions that aim to include artists with disabilities. In collaboration with Erth and Studio A, one of these works is premiering this week from the 21st to the 30th. Birdfoxmonster has been described as an immersive dining experience that involves food, theatrical performance and visual art. Audiences have the opportunity to taste the meals artists have idiosyncratic connection to while being submerged in physical and visual performances by the artists themselves. We had Director Scott Wright on the line to chat more about this exciting exhibition.
