Can microdosing actually help you?
You may have recently heard from that one friend of yours about ‘micro-dosing’: the practice of regularly taking tiny doses of psychedelics like LSD over a few weeks or months.
Your friend possibly claims that it has helped him focus better and clear his mind, but does micro-dosing actually have any health benefits?
