Coffee Naps: Do They Really Energize you?

Time and time again, we are reminded of the importance of getting a good night’s sleep; but for many of us, it is no surprise that we miss out on this. Whether it be from a long day at work, or from being distracted by Netflix, it seems to be a common occurrence – and so we find ourselves relying on a strong cup of coffee, or a nap, to power through the day. However, what if there was a more efficient way? What if, by combining the two we could get an extra boost of energy?
