The Disability sector is still seeing a major labour shortfall, but this is set to change in the next few years with thousands of new jobs being created each year the number of workers is set to double by 2022.

The latest increase in workers has seen people coming from all sorts of backgrounds and qualifications. One of these amazing people is Jed Dickson, a trained engineer and psychology graduate who made the career change is now a coach & Coordinator at the Healthy Change Challenge and he joined us on air to tell us all about the industry.
