Don’t worm your way out of a worm farm!

They may be small and squirmy, but don’t underestimate their mammoth abilities!

Starting a worm farm is one of the best ways to break down your food scraps and stop that unneccesarry waste going to landfill, and it’s not as tricky as you might think.

This week we look at how you can get a worm farm started up, what it takes to maintain it, and why it’s better to have a thousand small pink friends than just one!

Speakers:

  • Liane Colwell – UTS Student and person in charge of the Gumal Accomodation worm farms
  • Miles and Kate – worm farm parents
