Coming up this weekend on 2SER’s Curved Radio, our curvy crewster currently in lockdown in Germany, Dr. Angela Last, lecturer in Human Geography, musician and indie label-atrix of Mottomotto records, shares with us a very interesting piece she’s put together on The Little Ice Age (16th-19th centuries) and its association through music production of that time via the Stella Caeli (Chant in Time of Pestilence), the music of Vivaldi, Schubert and Bach and how the current human, social, political and geographical upheaval we’re experiencing around the globe via the COVID 19 pandemic relates to this historical and climate related event. Very curvy indeed!

mr.K takes up this week’s ‘Theme of the Week’ challenge suggested by long time curvy supporter and listener in the UK, Tracey-Jane aka All Things Food UK . Tracey challenged mr.K to come up with three tracks based around the theme of FRUIT (of course!) and he serves up the fabulously fruity Kid Congo and The Pink Monkey Birds , the divine Josephine Baker and the very funkalicious, The Brothers Johnson.
