Ethnic community media need to be seen

The current Australian media platform does not show its multiculturalism as advertised.  The voices of many ethnic communities whose native language is not English have been ignored for a long time.  It’s not that these groups don’t have their own news media platforms, but their voices need to be heard and their issues need to be addressed.

A new study found out ethnic community media plays an important role in crises, and it is critical to support and resource them.
