Facebook fact checking for all your woes!

Social media giant Facebook has come under fire multiple times in the last 12 months, from providing a platform for election tampering Russian to unconsentfuly sharing personal information with third party companies. In light of this, Facebook has announced that they are working in cohesion with new organisation AFP in France to analyse possible manipulated images and videos that could be misleading. How will this affect the biggest social media platform in the world? How will the online experience of over 1 billion people change?
