FAKE: Unpacking “fake news” for Sydney’s Art Month

If you’re tired of hearing the phrase “fake news” being thrown around and manipulated by politicians, you’re not alone.   H Morgan-Harris from Tortuga Studios is featuring the exhibition FAKE next Friday 16 March at 18:00–21:00.  The Artists’ brief was to deconstruct the narrative of fake news and the misinformation spread by filtered bubbles, algorithms and bots throughout the various mediums of global media.  H.M. Harris spoke to Jess about the FAKE Exhibition, featuring within Sydney’s Art Month show.  Live music from Swamp and Fat Jangles will feature at the exhibition opening.
