Auto Fictions by Bridge Dog

The Feature Album this week on 2SER is Auto Fictions, the much anticipated debut from local indie-pop beacons Bridge Dog.

The Eora/Sydney favourites gear-shift through an odyssey of sweetened melancholia, neon dream pop and tumble-dried shoegaze. It’s a tonally rich, shiny and endearing collection of songs with  a multitude of stylistic influences based on the members various musical background, from Brazilian Bossa Nova to Korean pop. Lyrically the records central concerns include the passage of time, the precariousness of memory and the dissolution and heartache of relationships. It’s a real gem and a fiction very much worth believing in.

Auto Fictions is out now on the Omiya label both in digital and CASSETTE!
