Brighter Side of Blue by Babitha

The Feature Album this week on 2SER is Lighter Shade of Blue, the debut from breakout alt-country artist Babitha aka Imogen Grist.

Inspired by breakups, 80s glam rock, David Lynch and the passing of her father, it’s a pastiche of lived experiences and anxieties that Harnesses a melodically rich, ethereal alt-folk sound, that drift across intimate songwriting and dusty cinematics.
