Everyday responsibilities in today’s world can place high demands on our memories and attention spans, so forgetting simple things like where we left the keys can leave us questioning whether our thinking skills are impaired. We spoke to Dr Jacqueline Anderson, a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Neuropsychology at the University of Melbourne, to discuss why we sometimes forget things, what contributes to it, and how we can improve our memory and attention skills.
