We are all guilty of throwing out our some of fruit and vegetables once they are start looking and smelling not so fresh. According to a recent report by the Food Footprint Project in Melbourne, each of us waste 200 kg of food per year. Just how wasteful is our food production? And what impact does this have on our environment?
