Getting more women in Executive Roles

It is not an unknown fact that women are highly underrepresented when it comes to the elite positions in large name companies.

Out of the 200 ASX (Australian Stock Exchange market) companies, 126 companies (63 percent) have no women in executive roles. 

Susan McGrath-Champ, associate professor in Work and Organisational Studies at University of Sydney Business School and a member of the Women, WOrk and leadership research group. She spoke about the need for change and how we should go about it. She says that Australia’s view of women in executive roles will change at a steady pace. Listen to the full podcast for more.
