Gluten. Where is the presumption of innocence?

You see it everywhere, gluten-free this, gluten-free that and whilst there are many people who are gluten intolerant, or coeliacs, there are also many people that avoid gluten for no more reason that they ‘think’ it’s bad for them.
A study of more than 100,000 people over nearly 30 years has released it’s results and it may not be what you’re expecting.
