Google is set to introduce its chatbot Gemini to children below the age of 13, but this may pose certain risks.

Google is rolling out it’s brand-new Artificial Intelligence Chat bot Gemini to children under the age of 13.
The Bot is expected to be launched in Australia by the end of this year and has already been launched In Canada as well as the United States.
However, major risks have been highlighted with the launch of Gemini such as content moderation, safety, parental supervision and according to Professor Lisa Given who is a Professor of Information Sciences and the Director of Social Change Enabling Impact Platform at RMIT University, a digital duty of care for companies to make sure that this bot is suitable for kids to use.
