Greyhound Racing Ban Lifted
In August of this year the NSW state government passed the Greyhound Racing Prohibition Act but this week rumours have been circulating that premier Mike Baird will overturn the act. In light of the backlash he’s faced from the Nationals component of the coalition it’s a particularly interesting issue for NSW state politics. Today the Daily spoke to greens MP Mehreen Faruqi for her take on the issue.
