Health Star Rating Gets a 1/5

The Health Star Rating has long been the measure people use to gauge how healthy the food they buy is, however the accuracy of the rating system has been contested since it was first introduced. Many foods, particularly cereals, have been using the system in order to make their less than health options look a little bit more guilt free. Because of this organisations like the consumer advocacy group Choice are making the case that the system needs to be changed.
