Healthy Daily Brain Habits

Times are tough right now with the continuation of lockdowns and restrictions. There is definitely a feeling of disconnection and anxiety in the community. Many people have lost their jobs, social lives and are being kept physically apart from their friends and family members. With the disruption to our daily routines, lots of us have also fallen into bad habits, particularly negative brain habits.

Breakfast’s Willy Russo chatted to Dr. Madelyne Bisby, a clinical psychologist and postdoctoral research fellow with the eCentre and Mindspot clinics, about staying positive and promoting healthy daily brain habits.¬†
