Homelessness and Technology with Dr. James Meese

The idea of someone living on the street possessing a mobile phone seems to clash with some fundamental part of society’s view of homelessness. But just as connectivity is vital to your own life, it can be just as important for someone with the misfortune to not have a home of their own.
