How on earth do ants get absolutely everywhere?

Ants are one of the incredible success stories of the natural world. In fact, there’s probably an ant near you right now – it’s said that there are around 2.5 million ants for every human being.
Dr Tanya Latty studies ants, and how it is they dominate the planet in terms of sheer numbers.
She’s an Associate Professor in the School of Life and Environmental Sciences, at the University of Sydney.
She joined us on the Thursday Daily this morning to talk all things ants.
