How To Protect Yourself From Harmful Bushfire Smoke

As the country sizzles its way through a heatwave this week, the bushfire smoke that has permeated the skies for the better part of months now in Sydney and the east coast of Australia, is set to get worse. And there’s no respite in sight, with these dry, drought conditions plaguing the country.

Air quality has been reported to be over 12 times the hazardous level due to the smoke generated by these bushfires, instigating a massive cause of concern for the health of residents in affected areas.
