Just How Financially Stable are Australian Universities?

Universities are preparing for students to return after the huge fallback they suffered last year. Around more than 140,000 international students will return to Australia to continue or start their studies. In 2019 international students generated $10 Billion dollars in fee revenue for universities. And this year, if 1 in 5 international students do not enrol revenue will drop significantly. So which universities are prepared to feel the full effects of COVID this year?

2SER was joined by Omer Yezdani, Director, Office of Planning and Strategic Management, at the Australian Catholic University to speak to us about his own research and analysis conducted on this issue.
